The Family Support Centre provides supports and services to all families within Lunenburg County. The programs are free and quite often include free onsite childcare.

Families can choose from a variety of programs, all of which have been developed in response to community requests. Drop by and join us for a cup of coffee and a chat. Check out our free clothing, the resource library and explore all the possibilities.

Family Support Centre goals:

To ensure a nurturing environment
To provide a flexible approach to meeting the needs of families
To establish effective community partnerships

Our philosophy:

We believe in recognizing the differences in families in our community, and that all have value.
We will maintain the self-respect of everyone with whom we come in contact.
We believe in treating everyone with integrity, which means to us trust, respect, honesty and valuing all opinions.
We will seek to understand differing points of view, recognizing the personal experiences all bring to us.
